As a worker here, I was so disappointed on how I was treated by management. Let's just say, if anyone plan to work for this particular McDonald's I BEG OF YOU, DON'T! it's a waste of time. Customers were AWESOME! but it was certain managers that I had a problem with. First off, they talk to their employees in any kind of way as they please, as well as belittle their employees, completely, no respect! They will constantly yell at their employees while taking lanes, sometimes both lanes at the same time. Typically, this McDonald's is quite good, and I usually have a pleasant experience. However, tonight was different. I called to ask if they had the McRib available, as I was on my way there. The woman who answered, who I believe was Chinese, said she didn't know. When I requested to speak to the manager, she responded with a disrespectful remark and hung up on me. I have never encountered such rudeness from this restaurant before. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their customer service.
I recently ordered from this restaurant, and unfortunately, the staff member at the drive-thru was quite rude. My grandmother, who relies on oxygen and moves slowly, seemed to frustrate the employee, who appeared impatient while handing us our food. When I finally received my burger, the bun was stale, which made me hesitant to eat it. I feel like I wasted my money here and would not recommend this McDonald's location.
I ordered online I said no onions or pickles they were all over my burger then I ordered milkshakes with him the app said that it was available, but the Frappe wasn't I pulling up and they say we don't make any milkshakes what else you want the posture was terrible we say a big coke a Ice sweet tea of tea had no ice it was room trying to hear, then he gave us an unsweetened tea that we had to say a

The staff was very friendly and polite, and my order was accurate and served hot, just as it should be. I'm not usually a big fan of McDonald's, but this location is one of the best I've visited in a long time. While I can't speak for the lunch or dinner teams, the morning crew is exceptional. To the staff, keep up the great work, and thank you for providing such a positive experience for once.
I love this McDonald's location. The staff is always friendly, the service is extremely quick, and receiving hot food straight off the line is a regular occurrence. I have been here countless times and they have only missed a few items. Other locations should strive to be like this one!
The girl with the tattoos at front counter was very polite! She was helpful with the WiFi! There was a very nice young man who let me use his phone to get a hold of my cousin. I am from St Petersburg! Finally a McDonald's that has awesome customerservice! Great job!
I was disappointed to find that they would not accept my club member coupon. The fish sandwich was overcooked and seemed to be fried in old oil, the fries were soggy, and the buns were hard. I wish I had just gone to Chick-fil-A next door instead.

Female manager was absolutely rude to my year old grandma all cause she called and asked how much a big Mac was. Get better at hiring people.. Maybe corp will do something about her and her attitude.
This location is scenic across from Tyrone Mall. Staff are super friendly super fast. This location makes you feel like family. One of my favorite Mcdonalds location's.
