I ordered through Uber Eats and specifically requested balsamic vinaigrette for my salad, along with two additional dressings on the side. When my order arrived, there was no dressing on the salad, and the side dressings were missing too. I immediately called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but nobody picked up. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant to explain the situation. I told the manager that I had tried to call multiple times without success, and her response was that their phones don’t ring. Unbelievable! She offered to remake my salads, but many of the ingredients from my original order were no longer available during the process. It was a total waste of my time and...
The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the staff frequently display rude behavior towards customers, which is surprising to witness. I've been to this location several times, and there's always a problem with their attitudes. I realize that we’re all going through challenging times, but that doesn’t justify being disrespectful while handling food and serving those who patronize your establishment. If you're considering dining here, I suggest looking for a different location. I definitely won't be returning.
I don't go to this restaurant too often because of the subpar service. I've often wondered why they don't provide a price list. About a year ago, they raised their prices. I returned about a month ago and heard they were cutting back on many of the toppings. I stopped by yesterday, and unfortunately, that turned out to be true. They've eliminated half of their toppings. With so few options remaining, they barely want to give you any, yet they still charge nearly $13 for a bowl. I won't be returning. The owner of this chain is definitely making some questionable choices.
I’d like to start by mentioning that the Mezeh chain usually serves excellent food. However, I would recommend avoiding this particular location. The portion of chicken on my plate was extremely small—hardly noticeable. It was difficult to even find the chicken amidst the rest of the dish. I’ve never experienced this issue at any of the other Mezeh locations I typically frequent. It seems that some places are reducing portion sizes while raising their prices. If you want to avoid feeling short-changed, I suggest skipping this location.

The Middle Eastern cuisine at this restaurant is excellent, particularly the tasty Turkish dishes! However, I did notice a few areas that could be tidied up behind the counter. Additionally, the preparation time for items like the spicy lamb kefta could be a bit quicker, and the social distancing measures could use some improvement. Despite these minor concerns, Mezeh is still one of my favorite places to visit!
This is my second visit to Mezah, and while my first experience was excellent, today's visit left much to be desired. The restaurant was not very clean, and they were lacking several items, such as eggplant, pickled beets, spicy feta dip, and pita croutons.
During my last visit, the rice was undercooked, and I had chosen steak as my meat option. I was surprised to find out they charged me an extra $3 for the steak without mentioning it until I got to the register.
Just like CAVA, this restaurant is a reliable option for healthy eating. The portions are plentiful, and the prices are fair.
