Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were greeted by the general manager who was very positive and excited for our meal. Our server, Phoebe, welcomed us immediately and our drinks were delicious. The Caesar salad was fantastic and my cosmo was praised. The appetizers were hot and flavorful, with the calamari being delectable and even enjoyed by someone who doesn't typically like coconut. However, our meal took quite a long time to arrive, with a delay of 35 minutes. When the food finally came out, everything was cold, including the steak which was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt. We brought this to Phoebe's attention, who handled the situation appropriately and offered to get her manager...
Great food, great service!One of the best experiences dining out I've had in awhile!We were pleasantly greeted at the door and ushered to our table, then our waitress, Amy quickly appeared to inquire whether this was a special occasion, offered menu options, drink selections and was very professional and prompt with her service.Two of us ordered the fish tacos which were delicious and my other friend had the butternut squash ravioli which she really enjoyed. We also received a complimentary dessert for her birthday. The manager, Donovan asked if we enjoyed our meal and told him it was great and we praised Amy and her service. Highly recommended and so enjoyable!
"The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I enjoyed a 6-oz steak with roasted potatoes, along with a few other dishes. The restaurant has a very modern design, with impressive tall entrance doors. I always judge restaurants based on the quality of their bathrooms, and Milestones did not disappoint. The toilets were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. Overall, it was a top-notch experience for a night out with my brothers."
The food arrived cold after an hour, and the manager only offered excuses when we brought it up. It should not be difficult to serve hot food. Our server did a great job trying to fix the issue, but the general manager fell short. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the problem on TripAdvisor. It's a shame that the quality has declined, especially since I used to love this place before COVID-19.
Great dishes served by great server.Amazing food and amazing service .Was there on a Friday night ,restaurant was super busy but still we were served very fast .No wait at all.Their sweet chilli bites were the best I ever had .Pasta was yumm and the cookie was perfect size to share between two people .Nice and warm served with vanilla ice cream topped with whipping cream.Will certainly come back !!
We went today for lunch. I made reservations on open table. There were a lot of spaces opened. We were the second table to arrive. There were more people coming when we left. The food was awesome and the service was great by Matt. He was knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend this place andwe will certainly return.
Michelle our server was absolutely amazing! She was attentive but was not trying to rush us or feel like she was invading our privacy. Very professional polite and courteous. As a business owner myself, this is the type of staff you want working for you! Food was great as was the atmosphere. Will definitely go back!
