Miller's Ale House

UPDATE: The GM came out and we had a great conversation. I am confident to say that they do not want customers to have this kind of experience. I felt heard and reaffirmed in my experience and they corrected the situation thanks to the guidance of the restaurant - not the woman I originally spoke with. Thank you. Gift for the urgently needed call and thank Casey for being friendly and solving the problem of food order later at night when we had to call back. What happened: I had such a negative experience with Miller's Ale House. I ordered from here many times and never had a problem like tonight. First: The WAREN. My friend ordered a chicken casar salad that came without chicken. What? Then they put my ribs and mash potatoes together so that everything is together. Was not the end of the world, but when I followed the restaurant I was very disappointed. THE CALL: So we come out to notify the restaurant of the mistake so that it can be rectified, but the woman I spoke with was rude and had a decent sound. Even if we did not order via DoorDash (we have ordered the restaurant's website that never redirected me to the DD), she says that it is on DoorDash who picked it up. Okay? That didn't make any sense because I've never been redirected to DD's website, so I rested that we ordered the restaurant. Instead of politely explaining how the restaurant DD uses without a customer placing the order through DD, she repeated what she said in the most convenient, not helpful way. Customers do not deserve to feel as if they could not ask questions about clarity, especially if the restaurant got the order wrong.

Tent for Miller's Ale house for my birthday with my Fiancé and 5yr old daughter. We were worried they didn't have food for the kid. They have absolutely. She crushed a Mac and cheese with French fries. Also a bunch of my HUGE pub Brezel as an app! (It was literally the size of my record!!! We had a great experience. Large steak and salmon, and also perfectly cooked. The timing of food was at the top. Everything was so smooth. Can't remember the last time I had such a simple and great time out. We really enjoyed each other. Mostly our waitress Lynn- she was so personable- friendly- polite and just really cool to earth and made our dinner so much better. As I said, the timing was excellent. She came to my steak at 3 bites to make sure it was good, and brought my fiancée and additional drink without the question that was a cherry on the top. We will definitely ask again and definitely to sit in Lynn's section safe. We were 100% careful and actually have a night outside to enjoy. (Usually it is a hate for more of a great kind of feeling

Creole mahi and shrimp was delicious and had a great sauce. Zingers are beautiful and crispy, but I wouldn't get them with the honey barbecue sauce. Grilled chicken BLT was tasteful and bungalow was good with poppy seeds. Beer meals for starters were also good!

Got the chicken steak-fajita with some beer. Not bad, but the portion sizes were small in view of costs. Ends the order of the meal twice, which may be as intended. Beautiful interior and good service otherwise.

I love this place... Your Tex Mex Chicken Nachos are sooo Good, Pork Osso Bucco is juicy and tasty (my wife favorite), well everything here deserves a try... Very recommended
