Miyako Japanese Cuisine

I made a reservation through OpenTable, but they failed to pass it on to the restaurant, so we were not on their list of bookings, which was disappointing. The restaurant informed us that this happens frequently and because it wasn't too busy at that time, they seated us right away. We were seated at a table on the balcony with a view overlooking the river and the city, which was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were friendly, and the ambiance was lovely. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant.

This was the worst meal I have ever had and it cost $180 It was meant to be teriyaki and had little resemblances The prawns were cooked for 10 minutes and tasteless The fried rise could not be eaten We seemed to have paid for entertainment of throwing Fred eat into people’s mouth It was appalling

This restaurant is understaffed and disorganized, with unappetizing food. While it caters to a large audience, it lacks proper ventilation, stylish table settings, and attention to detail. The food seems to be microwaved, and overall it would not survive in cities like Tokyo or Kyoto.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. We came for Teppanyaki and were impressed by the skillful and entertaining chef. His witty personality added to the enjoyment of our meal. The food was absolutely delicious.
