El servicio fue extremadamente lento. Esta no es la primera vez que hemos tenido esta experiencia. Este ciertamente confirmó nuestra decisión de no devolver. También nos sorprendió la propina obligatoria que se incluye en la factura. Service was slow, despite relatively few diners, and inaccurate. Our grandson was given the wrong drink, the “new” cauliflower offering was very spicy, and the “beyond burger” had no taste and was piled too high to eat (patrons should be told in advance). No justification for the automatic 20% service charge.
Group of 11. Some of the group got their meals almost an hour after some of us finished eating. Waitress never checked on us throughout 2 hours Complained to the manager twice but never got satisfaction the restaurant never apologized or offered anything.
