The guy who seated us (Mel) and the guy cutting the meat, made me feel slightly uncomfortable. The guy cutting the meat was also rude to my friend for no reason! HOWEVER Our server Jacks, was so lovely, we had amazing banter and a general fantastic experience with them!!! Made us feel comfortable and looked after!! Amazing sense of humour and was the perfect balance of letting us eat and have fun, but also coming over to make sure we are okay. JACKS NEEDS A PAY RISE ABSOLUTE LOVE Made the whole experience 100times better. I would come back, just to see Jacks! (From the Sugar Babes)

Came to our local Toby for a classic carvery as we have done many a times before. Usually hungover on a weekend day time lol. However, today we had the pleasure of being served by Jacks who made the experience me and my partner had a truly stand out and more memorable one than the rest. Would like to say a massive Thankyou to yourself and your excellent service. You truly are a credit to the team and the brand. Thankyou again.

This is our local Toby, the food is good. But special shout out to Jacks, every company, restaurant, business should have a Jacks! Customer services skills were brilliant and I could tell she was a beautiful soul as well. She was fun and engaging, Just an all round good egg! Thank you #honeycombelovers

The restaurant is lovely and clean, the food is good and the staff are warm and friendly. The service from Jacks was amazing. We will be back.

Had our family easter sunday dinner here and it was all lovely! The staff were great, and Jacks our server went above and beyond for us!
