Be warned.. went out to dinner and was forced to valet park my car even when I told the man who spoke no English I did not feel comfortable and wanted to park my vehicle my self. None the less I gave him my key and allowed him to park my car since there was no other way around it. During my meal I went outside to smoke and I witnessed the same valet guy give someone the wrong car along with the keys for that car. After dinner I proceeded to go get my car as any normal person would do, and the valet guy told me he didn’t have my car key and proceeded to tell me I never gave it to him..which is impossible because you can’t drive the car without the key..we the...
Been going to Nanni's over 20yrs, never had any issues. The food quality is superb. The service is superb. The bartender, Robert, is fantastic. The owner will cook you a dish himself if he has time, over and beyond accommodating. The fact that they have valet parking (hardly any place does anymore in Bergen Cty) is a huge plus and shows that the place has class and respect for fine dining! The food is always fresh and comes out to perfection. They have music every now and then on Friday's and Saturdays! It get's packed so make a reservation if you plan to go on a night with music. I was forced to pay for valet when the parking was right there AUTOMATIC RED FLAG there were flies all over mine and my mans food and to top it off the food was absolutely awful. My man only ate because he was driving for 6 hours straight and i only ate the chicken on top of my plate.. the pasta had no flavor.. i honestly make better pasta than this place. SAVE YOUR MONEY or come give it to me. I’m appalled. The waiters were polite, nothing more just polite. Not much of an experience.
