Nekter Juice - Reservar una mesa

Not the best customer service. The cashier, when taking my order, did inform me it would take 10 min to make my smoothie since they just received a few orders before me, which was good. So I sat straight outside the door, about 10? away, in plain view through the glass door and windows, in one of their patio chairs for about 15 min waiting. They never informed me my smoothie was ready. I went inside to ask and, sure enough, it was waiting for me in their freezer. So I thought, maybe they didn?t have the personnel and were too busy to come out and let me know. Not so much. 4 people working in there and only 1 customer in the store at the time. This place is closer to me, but I usually love to go to the one that a little further. Well, I decided today to go to this. One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a Banana Berry shot and there was no one except me. But it took 10 minutes to make my bowl. When they finished, I was handed over a bright pink bowl. I asked them if they did it right and they laughed and told me they forgot to add Açai. Didn't even apologize, but laughed and made it. I waited 10 minutes and was handed over a very fucking bowl. It doesn't matter how they present themselves or want customers. I don't like blueberry, so I always don't get a blueberry extra banana and they couldn't give it to me either.

The best visit I've had at nectar thus far. Eric B is absolutely Stellar. He puts the Five Stars in his Excellent Customer Service. And the angel who made my Patiya PB Bowl made it taste like it was from heaven. Whoever said eating healthy was difficult has never been to Nekter. Wow I'm so impressed TLC for my body and my spirit!

Submit the order at 9:48 for 2 drinks , now it?s 10:25 still hasn?t got my drinks as I?m writing down the review. Seem like they did not make the drink until I ask how much longer is gonna take for my order after almost 50 min wait at the store .

Did not have best experience! My order took a really long. The smoothies were not mixed all the way and had very little flavor. Definitely not worth the $16 I paid.
