Terrible service. My boyfriend has faced disrespect every single time he goes inside to pick up our order. The rude woman who claims to be the manager insists that he show the phone from which the order was placed, despite it being my account. He provides her with the order number and my name, and she pretends to look for it, only to tell him there’s no order with that information. This has happened three times in a row with the same employee at the same location. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first two times, but this time I had to speak up. The fried mozzarella sticks and cheese fries were outstanding! Even as someone who typically isn't a fan of fries, I found them quite enjoyable. The Philly Mix with two types of meat was good, though I think it would have been even better if it had been fresher. It took about 20-30 minutes for the food to reach my house, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was still warm when it arrived.
There's a young girl at the register who is always friendly and attentive to her customers. I enjoy their food, although I probably won't order the breaded wings again since they were too soggy. However, the shrimp potato bowls and kebab bowls are excellent. Great customer service really makes a difference!
