Habanero Bacon Jalapeno Cheeseburger Luckily I asked for the Habanero Mayonnaise on the side, it was very creamy but had extremely little other flavor even though you could see tiny little yellow bits in it I guess they grinded up habanero peppers and just stirred a little in. Definitely not the same as roasting habaneros and blending them into the mayo as a sauce, as there was no color change and almost no discernable taste difference from straight mayo. They were very unorganized. I went for fourth of July weekend rib special that was from 2pm-10pm. I placed my order at 11am online for a 2pm pickup. I arrived at like 2:02pm the host said they were still working on my order. I sit in the waiting area and a big rush comes in online orders as well as people coming in and ordering. 2 other online orders that arrived after I did received their ribs. 3 people who came in and ordered at the counter also received their ribs. At this point I was irate. I went to the counter and demanded a refund. The cashier says you want to refund your order and reorder? I said No!!! After volunteering to decorate a tree for Torrance Memorial's Tree Festival, we were hungry! Stopped at a local spot, Norm's. Unlike my usual experience, there was no wait to be seated!!! (shocking but nice! Our waiter Anthony was the best! Great attitude, smiling and eager to take our order. I had the basic, egg, bacon, hash browns and pancake breakfast. I requested strawberries on my pancakes...they were delivered without strawberries. Anthony walked by to check on us and saw there were no strawberries on my pancakes, he apologized and took my pancakes back and got them the strawberries they were missing without me having to ask! The food was amazing, SO MUCH FOOD in your order and fire the price: can't be beat. We were a table of 6 But unfortunately the service was not up to my expectations. We didn't get to order our drinks until after just over 10 minutes (timed it) so we made sure they took our food order too (otherwise we didn't know when we'd be able to order. Our food took forever and was missing this side or that. Although I'd go back, just expect to have a few issues with service.

I have been visiting this diner for many years, and it's a place that holds a special significance for me. At 35 years old, I've been coming here since I was a child, often accompanied by my grandparents and older family members. It's truly a beloved spot that brings generations together. Plus, it's conveniently located near a shopping center with a movie theater, making it a perfect stop for a family night out after catching a film.

This is a fantastic and welcoming spot! I keep coming back not just for the delicious food, but also because of the friendly staff. They frequently check in to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. It’s truly a wonderful and friendly place. You have to try their jalapeño burger! The spice combined with the delicious, juicy patty is simply unbeatable!

I visited other norm restaurants, but this was very clean. my waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs as we ate. the laugh was amazing; he was juicy, but crispy. the food and the service were great. there were plenty of disabled and regular parking. definitiw with the family back. The food is excellent, and the place is clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The ribs are large and flavorful, and the clubhouse sandwich is outstanding.
