Stopped by while shopping bought 2 chicken pitas with everything with cheese and peppers on the side. They forgot to add the cheese and when we went back the young lady at the register had a complete ATTITUDE then proceeded to tell me we didn’t charge you for it that it was $3 for 2 slices. Which is fine but why the attitude???? I see now why we was the only ones at the counter. So many businesses don’t know that 1st person of contact can make or break your business
Overpriced for what I ordered. One plain gyro and a gyro plate, which was supposed to come with extra meat. Both gyros had barely any meat!!! There was supposed to be tzatziki sauce in with the plate. The woman told me that it was in there...it most definitely was not!! And the kicker is that this cost $29!!!! Never again, Smokehouse!
The owner mistakenly gave the wrong order to a child, and when he realized the error, he began yelling at the young kid to retrieve the food! His behavior was verbally abusive, blaming the child for his own mistake. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs; it’s the worst customer service experience.
The owner is beyond disrespectful. He's inappropriate in his interactions to his customers, screaming at children who made no mistake other than to be on the receiving end of a wrong order due to his disorganization. Not worth a visit at all! Reserva una mesa ahora
its an overprived mall food court joint $19.03 for a gyro meal after tax, which is really just a handful of fries, a large soda, and a gyro without enough tzatziki sauce3 stars because its edible and also in a mall food court, so thats on me
I almost went here but I can see based on the reviews it's racist establishment. One that comes to our areas, takes our money then treats us like trash. Absolutely will never spend my money here. You shouldn't either
I was strolling through the mall when I decided to check out this restaurant. Their menu is impressive, featuring dishes and options that remind me of my old neighborhood. I will definitely return!
Food was nasty...they cook their fries in burnt grease. The chicken tenders are tiny. The grilled cheese sandwich was two huge pieces of bread with minimal cheese... I'll never eat there again. Reserva una mesa ahora
Does not know how to treat customers. The owner’s behavior is so atrocious even to children at this establishment, I hope he neither has any nor even a goldfish.
