*READ* Very shocked to see that there is any good ratings at this establishment. I have been to this restaurant a couple times. I am very confident to say that it is my last time me and my family will buy anything from here. The lady who works there claiming to be the “owner” is a total nightmare. Super unprofessional conduct towards customers and looks like she hates working there. She put shrimp in the pho when I’m allergic. It’s chicken pho what is shrimp doing in there? I waited for my order for about 45 minutes, and no one informed me how long it would take. I asked a few times, but the only response I received was, "Don't bother me!" This is simply unacceptable! To make matters worse, I noticed the waiter handling the food without wearing any gloves. This place is both disrespectful and disgusting!
