Restaurant seemed under staffed. But the staff that was there did amazing job getting the job down . The staff went above and beyond doing double the work and more then there jobs . Food was excellent to my surprise because Restaurant seemed run down . Owner or operator needs to put money into this Restaurant and reward staff for there amazing work to please the customers under being under staff
Well coming in for Dr visit in Memphis TN this is my go to place to eat and I have family here also. This visit was slow and long due to Mgr and one waitress working. Staffing was definitely short people of 4 or more decided to leave wait time 45 mins. Despite that our food was still delicious and enjoyable, tipped waitress accordingly. Hope it gets better the place is worth the wait.
My husband and I had dinner here last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The Border Bowls were incredibly tasty! Even better than the food was our outstanding server; it was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time! Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent service! We were wanting some Tex-Mex. This was a 5 minute drive from motel. So I drove over and ordered some take out. I have the fajitas steak/chicken and the wife cheese enchiladas. The food was SO good! Perfect rice, spicy salsa, and cheese dip was perfect. The tortillas were so good and the tortillas chips excellent. We shall return! Reserva una mesa ahora
We ordered the Chipotle mexican pizza,chicken flautas, and Chipotle chicken fajitas.....WOW!!It was delicious. The pizza was so good that we got another one to take home! We also had the watermelon/ mango magarita and yhe maker-a-rita!!
The food was enjoyable, but the service left something to be desired. Our waiter appeared to be making an effort, but it seemed like he had too many responsibilities, such as cleaning tables, in addition to attending to our needs.
The food is consistently served hot and fresh, and the waitstaff is both friendly and professional. This is one of my favorite spots in Memphis. The prices are excellent, and you definitely won't be disappointed dining here.
Food was good and the service was excellent. Not sure of his name but there is a bartender/server there that always gives top notch service. My wife and I always make sure we sit in the bar area when he is working. Reserva una mesa ahora
We arrived at On the Border immediately after our disappointing experience at Cheddars. Unlike our time at Cheddars, where we struggled to get service, we walked in here and were promptly seated.
