Both my friend and I ordered calamari—she had it as an entree while I had it as a starter. When the food was served, we noticed the portions were quite different, so we checked with the waitress. It was frustrating, as we were nearing the end of our meal.
Another issue was with a waitress who kept slamming a door near the register, startling us multiple times throughout the evening. It felt unprofessional, especially since she was chewing gum the entire time, which was also quite off-putting.
As for the food, it was decent but nothing extraordinary. I had high hopes for this place based on previous reviews, so perhaps we just happened to visit on an off night. I don't enjoy writing negat...
We started off with the garlic pizza and the halloumi fries. Both were excellent. I then had the gnocchi... the gnocchi itself was cooked well but the dish was extremely cheesy. The flavours were good, but I would have preferred it to be less cheesy (I love cheese so it’s a lot when I say it’s too cheesy) and more saucy. It was quite dry due to the excessive amount of cheese! The waiter initially was extremely rude.. and it left us feeling quite annoyed and shocked but he was great after... Not sure what happened but I do think waiters need to be careful with how they greet and talk to customers... overall, quite decent.
I absolutely adored this restaurant! We opted for takeout, but the ambiance looked fantastic, and I would love to dine in next time. The prices were fair for the quality offered—slightly on the higher side, but the food was absolutely delightful. The potato gnocchi was wonderfully soft, and the sauce was remarkable, perfectly complemented by chunks of mozzarella. The pizza had a delightful crispness and a wonderful flavor. The unique topping combinations were a great success. The tiramisu was also exquisite! Everything we sampled was superb, and I will definitely be returning!
The restaurant had a nice ambiance, but the quality of the food and drinks was disappointing. We ordered a cocktail, but the ingredients were not listed on the menu. After taking a sip, we realized it contained egg, which was upsetting for us as we are all strict vegetarians. We were charged for the cocktail, even though we didn't consume it and asked for a substitute. The staff was unwilling to listen to our concerns and insisted that it was their policy to charge for what we ordered. Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience.

I also really appreciated the restaurant's design; it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was lovely as well. Just a note: they don’t allow split bills if there’s a discount applied, like with the entertainment book.

I had a wonderful experience dining at Osteria 20. The pizzas and pasta were delightful, and there was a wide selection of cocktails to choose from. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service! The only drawback was that it was a bit noisy. If you're dining with a large group at a big table, you might struggle to hear others unless they’re sitting right next to you.
Amazing pizzas and pastas with a really great menu! The honey and pear pizza was absolutely amazing will definitely be back for that one alone. A beautiful environment, we loved sitting in the booths by the large windows.
Te food was nice however the quantities of meals varied greatly and cost was average for some meals but expensive for others. Music was too loud.

Service was slow mistook the wine order, failed to bring glemon with calamari and had to ask three times for the bill.
It was amazing, the staff who waited on us were amazing and food was really good.
