I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback at PG Mall, a place I truly enjoy. I must commend the excellent service, particularly from a gentleman named Jordan, whose name was on my receipt. I started with the chicken wings, which were flavorful but could have used a bit more cooking time. The salad was outstanding. For my main course, I ordered the steak cooked medium well, and it was perfect; it just could have used a touch more seasoning. The potatoes were delicious too! I also had a strawberry rita, which was fantastic, although I only had one. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the staff was great as well. – Kim Jackson
Amber provided the best service I’ve ever experienced at the Outback restaurant in PG. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took exceptional care of my elderly mother, showing her a great deal of kindness. When I come back—and I definitely will—I will be sure to request her. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such outstanding service, and I’ve traveled all over the world. She impressed me so much that I felt compelled to give her more than just the usual tip.
The Outbacker Burger was outstanding and definitely worth the price. It was a refreshing change from typical fast food burgers, made with real meat! The Soup and Salad Combo was also good, offering a generous portion of fresh, crisp salad. The potato soup had a delightful flavor, but the bowl wasn't filled all the way and was a tad too salty. Overall, I would rate it 4 stars.
The asparagus was completely unseasoned. The NEW! Kingsland Pasta was overcooked, resulting in hard noodles that were stuck together. However, the shrimp and steak were good. Unfortunately, the bread was also overcooked, and they didn’t provide any butter.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We celebrated my girlfriend's father's birthday, and he really enjoyed himself.
The salad was not fresh, and the steak was overcooked. Additionally, they didn't provide any steak sauce. I was very disappointed.
I stopped by for a quick lunch meeting and chose to sit at the bar. The wings and margaritas were absolutely delicious.
