I think sandwiches must be their specialty, but clearly they bury the lead by listing them on chalkboards behind the counter. Delicious looking baked goods are on display in two cases although I was not familiar with them all. I found that several items I expected to be a little crispy were not elephant ears, coconut clusters and the marble cake was stale, probably due to being unwrapped ? A decorated cake looked to be on pudding but turned out to be milk that spilled out on my clothes. Never saw anything like it.Unfortunately I was not prepared for the fact that English is not their first language not easily understood. Not their fault, wish I had been prepared though.
Ok.. I was looking for a bakery. Not the type of Bakery I had pictures. 1) if you know Spanish it will help. 2) you like some pastries, but Spanish flavors and such, then this place is great. Its small people coming and going. Getting a fresh lunch sandwich or hot meal, this is great.I would go again. It's the local shop where everyone gets their meals and is welcome with a smile and welcome. Genuinely, not like hearing. Welcome to Moe's.We'll be back. For food and pastries. We picked up an order up to go. But I felt welcome and at home.
Their pastries are wonderful, their prices are amazing for for the amount and quality of what you get. I have to laugh at comments like an order was mixed up . They are human, often wildly busy. As for the spanish items, helllllo it is a latin bakery WITH pastries that even a midwestern like my husband can enjoy. Warm, friendly people as well. I am proud to have this gem close to me and look forward to the next time.
Oven On Bakery is the best “Mexican Food” in New London!! It is my go to for lunch Burritos, Quesadillas, Empanadas, and a sweet pastry! My favorite is the Steak Burrito. The folks who run the place are super nice and delightful to deal with. Great quality food! Check them out.

This bakery is one of the best in the area! The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. They offer a wonderful variety of Latin American dishes. As a member of a minority community, I’m thrilled to see this business flourishing! I highly recommend it!
The food is delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. This place is a hidden gem in a less-traveled area of New London. The bread and pastries are outstanding, and both the meat and vegetarian patties are fresh and delectable.
We love Oven On! Their sandwiches are incredible! We'll go back again and again. Get the Tripleta, it's a hot sandwich that is simply delicious. Also enjoyed the Philly Steak. This place is a gem in New London.
The breakfast burrito is incredible, and the service is very friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, and the menu offers much more than just the usual bakery fare.
