We live close to this location and have been regular customers since we arrived in St Paul several years ago. Recently we've noticed that the quality of the food has went downhill considerably. Tonight will probably be our last order at this location. We always order online and pickup. Not only was around half of our order wrong they said that were out of bread (based on our experience it's very much a hit and miss if they have bread available after around 6:30pm). The salads were nothing more than scraggy lettuce and two baby tomatoes with a tiny amount of feta cheese. Measly salad and soups for two people (half and half meals) for $26 is a total joke. Stopped in to pickup a charged cran-apple juice at Highland Park location. New to their SIP Club so was confused by website saying my order would be ready on the Take Out shelf. Gal behind counter couldn't figure it out and shuffled thru all the food orders on the rack. When I said it was a beverage only order she just handed me a cup and pointed in the general direction of the dispensers. Got my beverage and left. No one ever verified that I was a SIP Club member. The beverage was OK, nothing special...and I'll likely not order it again. Tried to add the promotional $1 bagel to my order online...kept ringing up at full price. Deleted it from my order.

The best place to stop by for a cup of coffee and a yummy pastry!!! If you want to eat substantially you can have a cup or bowl of soup and a sandwich and a good dessert after a meal! The food is like home made!!! Absolutely tasty and made from scratch!!!

I only visit this restaurant chain as a last resort when there are no other dining options available. The food is overpriced, and the restaurants are consistently unclean.

The salad was excellent, with all ingredients exceptionally fresh. The selection of breads and baked goods was also impressive.
