I bought 3 sandwiches and 2 bowls of soups yesterday. Not only the quantity of soup was less, There was no croutons and when I asked for one the lady there just kept looking at me. Finally she Just gave one. It was a rapid pick up and was not even ready at the pick up time.Not happy with service at all
The staff at Panera Bread is always friendly. Today, when I ordered breakfast after 10 am, a young lady checked with the manager to accommodate my request. I was happy to receive my order, and the food from their menu was fresh and tasty.

The staff at Panera Bread are excellent. Occasionally, the app might show your order as ready when it’s not, but when I mention it to an employee, they promptly resolve the issue.
Great for sandwiches, soups, and salads at a reasonable price. Wholesome and flavorful food. Clean, comfortable environment—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Always consitant with food and portions. Clean looking, it's quiet and comfortable at night when we eat there. I enjoyed the lobster roll today it was great.
The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I frequently receive rewards, which is a nice bonus!
