I really didn’t want to give any stars to Papa Sushi. The person at the counter was incredibly rude and hard to deal with. I ordered three items, and I think she missed the last one, so I reminded her that I also wanted the scallop. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she responded with a negative attitude, insisting that I hadn’t ordered it—when I clearly did. I would have understood if she just forgot; I know it can get busy, and I empathize with the challenges of customer service. However, the way she spoke to me was very off-putting.
