Just moved here and finding it hard to find goood food service Pizza is alright something with that crust is off and some breadcrumbs underneath or something .. I felt like i was eating Chucky Cheese or Arcade pizza with that crust and the sauce is toooooo sweet. We will def try other pizza selections but not a fan. HOWEVER their main dishes are mmmm mmmm MMMM! Salads, Cappellini's, Chk Francaise, Marsala, side pasta dishes i think it was homemade pasta my bf couldn't get enough. We had been going here several times a month for many years and in the past the food and service in the restaurant has usually been excellent, including terrific servers like Reuben, Paul and Marco. Unfortunately, the takeout service in the front of the Pasta-eria restaurant had deteriorated to the lowest level. We have tried to continue to patronize this place during COVID-19 by using takeout and as of late service has been downright rude and nasty. I’m done with this place! I order lunch here at least twice a week because I love their salads and work nearby. Today, as usual, I went in and spent $23 on a grilled chicken salad and a soda. I asked the guy behind the counter, who was bagging the food, for a cup with a lid for the soda I just bought. I usually request one because their bottled sodas aren’t very cold. To my surprise, he told me he would have to charge me 45 cents for the cup with a lid. I could understand if I were just walking in off the street asking for free ice water without making a purchase. I ordered the homemade rigatoni with chicken marsala, and I noticed there were only about 10 tiny pieces of chicken (yes, I counted because I thought I could share) among a large serving of pasta. The marsala sauce lacked flavor to the extent that I found it inedible. I understand that times are tough, but it’s tough for me, too. The food is delicious and the servings are enough to take home for seconds. I had the chicken parm with spaghetti and the chicken was juicy and delicious my daughter had the eggplant meatballs and she loved them It was so hard to decide what I wanted because everything sounded delicious on the menu definitely gonna head back a few more times
Yikes! Turned down for a catering order.. was told that they took too many orders ...BUT! when I had called that week and asked for the latest I could place an order. .. I showed up before the date I was told, and was turned away.. so crazy!!! That will DEF be the last time I try to bring business to this local pizzeria.
So glad to be invited to dinner a Pasta-eria... nicely decorated, great servers (Marco and Noel) very attentive, polite, and efficient! Everything was prepared hot (so important to have your meal served hot), all meals were a nice portion and nicely presented... highly recommend eating here!
