I come here often because I love the vegetable spring rolls. Today, I came here and a lady was in the food prep area with no hair net and no hat. This is very unusual for a restaurant. When I asked the woman shouldn't she have some type of hair covering she said no because she wasn't with the food and then proceeded to prepare my food??Why does she not need hair covering but preparing food? This is so different than any other restaurant and I've worked in restaurants for over 10 years. Don't think I will be back here since they don’t know proper food preparation practices.
