It's usually a little more tender than what I was served.. I went in to let the Asian guy at the front know and he seemed SOO MAD about me telling him that the chicken was too soft. I've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years, but I think it's time to find a new place. The consistency of the food has really declined; my orders often taste different each time. Last night, I ordered General Tso's chicken and was disappointed to find it served in a strange and unappetizing sauce that wasn't sweet at all, and the chicken was soggy. It was almost inedible, though everything else I ordered was great.
This has been my go to place for years, but I think it's time to look elsewhere. The orders have become very inconsistent where the same order tastes different from one order to the next. Looking for a quick beef with broccoli. One of the easiest Chinese dishes ever. Even the most marginal Chinese places I have been to has been passable. Not here. Nearly 1/3 of the meat was un-chewable. The sauce was a syrupy sweet brown sauce that really made it a dessert. The broccoli was the best part. Also the lunch portion should have been labeled an appetizer.

We truly love this restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious, and always outstanding. When we relocated from San Diego and had difficulty finding my husband's favorite dish, Patrick went out of his way to understand exactly what it was. His customer service is exceptional!
My favorite Chinese restaurant! I don't understand why people are so critical; the food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly to me. They are especially accommodating with delivery. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I give it a 10/10!
Our favorite Chinese place in Annandale. Good food. Don’t know why everyone’s going on about bad customer service. The employees have never been anything but kind to us throughout 4 years.
