there is a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the cook was not available in this night, so we could not try the food. ambience smart, the bar looked great. the check-in was fast, and we were brought up to see the rooms, showers and also the TV room. I think we were the only inmates in this night. it was initially september, so maybe not peak tourist season. the next day we wanted to start really early, and because their breakfast hours did not fit our plans, they packed our breakfast in the night before what I felt was really excellent. more excellent place to charge for the next day of hiking.

The place looks more like a neighborhood bar and its terrace than a good restaurant, But if you will enjoy the good simple food, Herens meat and cheese are great, and the cooks does wonders with them in the open oven. We went there again for drinks. Both pleasant experiences. There were alas a lot of flies. Watch out bedore you settle : it could be in all Evolene restaurants.Joelle

We have been here two times now and established continued excellent quality food and service. Do not let yourself led by the very common interior: you will be surprised by the excellent food that is served in this restaurant.We had simple lunch, but check out the picture of the goat cheese salad: it's a feast!We will definitely go back there once more this summer!

Typical accommodation in the Swiss Alps. Very clean, cozy and all the necessary equipment. Close to shops and lakes in the region. The staff was extremely warm: good advice, accessible, and our dog was welcomed like a queen! Very good cooking too. We spent two days accompanied by our golden retriever. These two days were totally exotic, in a warm, clean and perfectly equipped place. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and the food is excellent. I recommend! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Honestly one of the best "fondue moitié moitié" I ever ate. Delicious dinner in a nicely decorated little restaurant with a very kind service. For this small authentic village of the Swiss Alps, it's a pleasure to find a place like la Pension d'Evolène.

We stayed at the pension which is also lovely, so we decided just to walk downstairs for dinner. We were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and the meal was delicious. The salad, main course and dessert and ristretto were all top notch.

We went there during last Carnaval. There were people everywhere, masks entring and children shouting and having fun and we were served very well. And everything was nice! Thank you.
