Myself n my family are regulars at Persis. From the time it had opened till now,there 's a tremendous improvement in biryani 's taste. I would love to go back for it again n again. If you are looking for some change from the routine snacks, their chicken fry n bindi fry r a MUST TRY. Cut mirchi, chicken 65, panner chilly are awesome to name a few. We started ordering at Persis for every big and small occasion n even for regular gatherings. Yesterday 's mutton biryani was to die for as quoted by my guests. They said,they are ready to come back for it from ask the way from East Windsor. The owners n the staff are very friendly n so is their service. Overall it 's a nice place to hang out with...

The best Indian restaurant in Edison and the best. This restaurant has been consistently good for several years, and recently has been even better. Prices are relatively modest, especially given the quality. The food is really delicious. I tried most dishes and when it comes to choosing the favorites, I would choose The Chicken and Goat Biryani, Chicken fry, Apollo Fish, Chicken tikka Masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Diwani Handi and not least Mango Lassi. I'd recommend this place to everyone, you'll love him and you'll feed on here.

I'm here several times and the food has always been delicious. I have tried many Indian restaurants in the area and find Persis biryani Indian Grill has the best flavors. Shrimp fry and Chicken Kebab are special items here. I would suggest tasting this restaurant and its worthy defense.
