Awful service! The waitstaff argued in front of customers, and they practically threw our food on the table without regard to whether the dishes were hot. It was truly a disappointing experience! For instance, I found a hair in my meal and politely asked the waiter to replace it. Instead of handling it gracefully, he made a scene in the restaurant, suggesting that I was trying to avoid paying for my food. Frankly, I found that completely unnecessary. The only positive aspect of this restaurant was the onion!

The waiter we had tonight was absolutely terrible at doing his job....he took our order, avoided our table, brought us our food and didn't come back the rest of the time we were there. It's like he hid from our table and didn't make eye contact. Spent most the time eating behind the bar area. He's the older Mexican waiter. And I'm assuming this is the one that all the bad reviews are written about. I hope the owner has a talk with him because he is the reason why Alacapulcos will loose business....

The Chile Relleno was delightful. Our attentive waiter visited our table frequently to offer refills, clear app dishes, etc. Kid-friendliness: They have a variety of options for the munchkins, boosters, and high chairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on ground floor, has double doors, and accessible seating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

This was our first time. Very pleased with our last minute decision. Taco salad for each.. ground beef for The Mister and chicken for me. The beans are delicious! Taco Salad and El Pollo Feliz this tri p.
