Was driving past late last Sunday morning so decided to drop in as I used to go there quite often for lunch a couple of years back when I worked in the area.Felt like both a banh mi and pho so decided on the red chicken banh mi and rare beef pho. When I walked in I had a bad feeling about the banh mi as I couldn’t see any of the meats available yet in the display. I asked if I had come in too early to which they replied “no, everything is ready”. The broth of the pho was delicious, with a variety of herbs (possibly including cinnamon), and the beef was decent, although not as rare as I would have liked. The rice paper rolls, served with a delicious sauce, and the Vietnamese iced coffee were the highlights of the meal. Surprisingly, the basic pho was reasonably priced, while everything else was in line with typical Vietnamese restaurant prices in Sydney. The restaurant offers ample seating both indoors and outdoors.
This palce is packed lunchtimes on weekdays and their will be a line up after midday, but it moves fast and is worth it. The Pork and BBQ Chicken Hawker rolls are outstanding and rice paper rolls with peanut and chilli dipping sauce are also near best in field.

I have visited Vietnam and this restaurant offers the closest experience to Hanoi-style Vietnamese cuisine. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable! A great atmosphere can be enjoyed by sitting outside for lunch.

This Vietnamese restaurant in Alexandria is located in the same complex as 'Salt, Meats, Cheese' and Campos. It has a bright atmosphere, lovely decor, and good lighting.
Bahn mi was nice. for a fresh roll. Not packed with ingredients but good flavour. Pho was ordinary. No flavour in the stock base. Crispy chicken was Ok.

Fantastic Pho! This place is almost always busy with a line out the door. The rolls and salads are also delicious.
I love this place! The interior design is well done and the restaurant layout is excellent.
