My husband and I ordered two full servings of lasagna and I also had a salad. The server was at first ok you could tell she was somewhat stressed but we shook that off. When our lasagnas arrived they looked great. However, one bite in and they were like warm at best. We had to flag the server down and she treated us as if it was our faults for the coldness of our food. We asked her to send them back to the kitchen to make them hotter. She took them and after a few minutes came back and said it would be awhile for them to come back. I've been twice in the last few months. At noon, the only table in the joint, very upsetting to see. It used to be hard to find a seat in the joint. The last two times the pizza, pasta salad were top notch. I've been a customer for almost 40 years. I would have to say the foods quality has been at it's highest standard my last two visits. Whoever is working in the kitchen lately knows EXACTLY what they are doing. Salad was SO fresh and perfectly dressed, the pizza had the perfect amount of meat and sauce, and was cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly and very attentive. She always made sure that our drinks were full, and if we needed anything else. The Toasted Ravioli appetizer was delicious. Crispy and crunchy outer texture, and on the inside there was a warm flavorful meat filling. The meat tomato dipping sauce was delicious to dip the fried raviolis into. We also ordered a large Pepperoni Pizza. It was delicious, but we did not like the cracker-like crust. The cheese mixture, pepperoni and the red sauce were delicious.
We like thin crust pizza loaded with veggies and some meat. We did not see what we wanted so called to inquire if we could get one prepared to our specifications. Pirrone’s order taker was so helpful. She took our order of veggie hamburger and sausage. The chef prepared it perfectly — this will be our go to pizza place for take out from now on!

On a suggestion, I tried Pirrone's for the first time. While I enjoyed every single bite, I probably should've gotten fewer toppings, given the crust (which wasn't bad, just not strong enough to hold all those toppings). This is a very solid pie, all things considered. I'll be back.
Family pizza restaurant with great food, outstanding service, and a place to enjoy your meal. Dine in or take out is available. Pizza is square, thin crispy crust St. Louis style, and absolutely delicious. Servers are friendly, fast, and attentive to guests. Great local restaurant.
I have been going to Pirrone's for 20 years. I have never had a bad meal here. We had the salad with a lot of meats. It was delicious. We had a large pepperoni pizza, always good. Our waitress, Sarah has worked here for 24 years. She is very nice and a very good waitress.
I wanted their St. Louis style pizza but they don't have a small size. Medium and large only so I had the Fettuccine Alfredo instead. They serve large portions and price is very reasonable. My server was awesome!

One of the best St. Louis style pizzas in North County. Crunchy, tasty sauce, provel, and toppings made this a very good pizza.
You have try their Jerry’s Special, I’m not going to say anymore, go try it!!!!
