My dining experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We were seated and greeted by our server, Rick, but he never came back to take our order after over 15 minutes. Despite serving other tables that came in after us, he neglected to attend to us. Feeling neglected, my wife and I decided to leave. When we asked to speak to the manager on our way out, we received a half-hearted apology after nearly 30 minutes of waiting. The manager offered us a seat at the bar, but we felt disrespected and unappreciated. Tres en nuestro grupo para cenar con un cumpleaños que se celebra. Nivel de ruido inaceptablemente alto con una cabina con niños extremadamente ruidosos. Le pedí al camarero que los callara, pero no lo hizo. Un orden de costilla, que era gordo y grasas y dos órdenes de lucioperca que los comensales que los ordenaron dijeron que eran excelentes. Servicio amable, filete de degustación excelente y papas de puré cargadas. Muy limpio y mesas espaciadas para mantener las distancias sociales. Los servidores fueron muy atentos y se aseguraron de que todo fuera a nuestro gusto. Celebró nuestro aniversario y tuvo una gran cena memorable. Medium rare steaks were cooked medium well. Side dish potatoes were good. Decent service. Guy bussing table kept coming over to table hovering over us. Kept asking to take plates and eventually started taking plates and sides while people still eating.

Our server forgot it was my birthday despite asking what the occasion was. He gave 2 other tables a happy birthday dessert but not me. Really bummed me out
