Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

I had pizza hat in about 5 other cities and against my better assessment / preview experience with this business I decided to order again just because the family convinced me that maybe now with the time of loading changed management and personal can have changed and. the service would be better. it didn't. I tend to order from this business all one or two years and every time it is always something wrong with the order not to disappoint them. that's what I remember that pizzas were cold (2.5 km down on the street) pizza had no bad pizza has the smallest amount of toppings (I remember that I photos to the manager about whatsapp) and today. missing on the side. so have that the redelivered, not be here until we have already finished our meal the cheese in the filled chest is hardly warm .. resembling rubber. had to call the number 3 times before she was answered and was said they would deliver the missed pages, still wait. I know what you think it's Friday. they are busy and these things happen." but consistent? come on. pizza hat has to wake up and hire new employees in this franchised shop. how on earth does this restaurant have 3 stars? are they perhaps fake reviews? is the pizza hat organization really aware what's going on?

Very unprofessional management and service, ordered a pizza two weeks ago, to find a foreign object in it, pizza was not edible, been waiting about 2-3 weeks just for a refund, manager is extremely rude and has no levels of customer service, will not be...ordering from this hut in future, be careful when ordering, from here be sure to check your pizza for objects on it, as cleanliness of this hut is a 0.

the Indian dame in the front is extremely rude and has not taken up at all. it is better if it is fired instead of serving in a customer with a look at the environment. management please look at this.

the gentleman on the phone are good with many patients and also delivery are punctual and the pizzas are piping hot .
