I had a fantastic experience at Sencha, enjoying a delicious banana tea shake with tapioca pearls while surrounded by local artwork and a diverse group of people. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful as we explored the menu, and the drinks were quickly made and bursting with flavor. It was a wonderful place to be, embracing the beauty of life.
The staff are super kind, thoughtful and upbeat. The store itself is very cozy, and smells as good as happiness feels.I am grateful to the staff for proving such excellent service. They went above and beyond when I, a tea drinking novice, unwittingly ordered a tea I was not fond of.
I had a great time at this restaurant with its fun and relaxed atmosphere and plenty of cozy seating choices. The baristas put in a lot of effort and it really shows, plus they get to choose the music which adds a fun touch to the experience. The tea is always delicious as well.

Consistent with drinks but there’s a lady in there who is rude. She ignored me and another customer for two minutes. And then she plopped my drink on the counter. She’s been rude more than once. I don’t think I’m coming back after today.
