It was a unique experience. My husband made reservations for my birthday (surprise to me), we arrived at our reservation time only to have to wait 15 minutes for a table. He had told the host when he made the reservation that we would be celebrating my birthday yet nothing was even said. I have to say it was an unusual feeling watching a table across from you being served complimentary birthday champagne and a small desert with a birthday candle. And yet my husband made special arrangements, made sure the staff knew about our celebration and then nothing happened.
The food was great but unless you are a regular the staff could care less. I will not be returning.

If I could give this restaurant stars, I would. EVERYTHING (food, service, seating, ambiance, staff friendliness) was incredible! Top notch spot to dine. We always come back!
Wonderful food! Had not been to Polo in many years. Just as amazing as I remembered! Steak was great and my wife enjoyed the pork chop! Wonderful anniversary dinner.

Perfect meal with great wine. Steaks are always prepared to perfection. Would rate Polo as the best.
