I completed an online order today Sunday, February 23rd. I placed 2 sandwiches (chicken salad sandwich and also a pizza melt sandwich). I also placed a broccoli cheddar soup and also 2 orders of chips and milkshake. Not only did they take a long time to have my order ready. It was promised at 6:15. I accidentally didn’t place the sandwich on first order but either way, both should have been ready by the promised time. Anyway, they didn’t have it ready until 6:26 pm. I guess they don’t do delivery anymore vi their shop eventhough it’s clear ont eh website “pickup/delivery” and for catering it’s a separate thing. Anyway I placed a delivery food order yesterday as I just couldn’t get around anywhere. Saw the tracker wasn’t moving at all waited for a phone call or email some type of communication if anything was wrong, I heard nothing so waited until the proposed delivery time as I didn’t want to be a nuisance. Time for delivery comes, no updates nothing so I call the store. To my surprise they only do large orders catering deliveries for orders. Okay this is new to me all my orders in the past have been delivered by them directly as I hate the third party...
Summary: Picked up for Catering Order Charged 25% more than the quote we were provided with no explanation. Sandwiches were good. We hosted a party and so ordered a lot of sandwiches and salads. We picked up the order (no delivery). We were quoted aprice and accepted. We were told it included tax and tip. We had a friend pick up the food. When we saw the charge on ourcredit card, it was just over 25% more than what we were provided for our quote. Poor service. Was waiting for my order 30+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I felt like I asked fairly politely where in line was my order. Worker could have told me it would have been an hour wait I was just looking for an answer but instead hesnapped and said ?you know what, you and apparently 400 other people had the idea to order right this second so maybe you shouldwait with everyone else?. Sandwhich could have used more bacon.

The staff at Potbelly Sandwich Shop were incredibly friendly. I tried the turkey sandwich along with a cup of tomato soup. The sandwich was absolutely delicious, though I found the soup enjoyable but not my favorite. Parking can be somewhat challenging since you have to pay for it, and there isn't much available space close by.

Horrendous!!! The sandwich was horrible. I ordered a BLTA and it has 2 small pieces of bacon no avocado and the tomatoes were soggy, Lettuce was dead AND It was eaten. Worse sandwich ever.
They make yummy sandwiches for your tummy! Get there before the rush though or you might be waiting a while. Love thier shakes too!
