We dined here to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a fantastic experience. The servers were outstanding, and Manager David truly went above and beyond. I noticed him personally introducing himself to several guests, helping to refill drinks, and even assisting with food service. From my vantage point in the back, I heard him frequently engaging with his team, motivating them to maintain their high level of service. When one staff member appeared to be struggling, he quickly stepped in to provide encouragement. He treated all customers like family, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere!
Have eaten at this restaurant many times but our last two visits will def be our last. French fries were cooked so dark, had to send them back. Asked for burger well done, no pink and rec'd it very pink, almost raw. Onion rings were burnt and the lava cake was microwaved so much, you couldn't even cut into the cake. Two stars were given because they did attempt to fix the meal, but how many times do you want to complain and have the food sent back? I understand restaurant personnel are low in supply, but for the prices you pay at Red Robin, the food should be at least edible.
This is undoubtedly one of the best Red Robin locations I've ever visited. I stopped in for lunch, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The service was excellent, and my food arrived quickly—everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful service and for turning my experience around. I'll definitely be back! Previously, I had a disappointing experience at the Elk Grove location and thought I was done with Red Robin. However, you've won me back, and I'll be sure to return to this one instead of the Elk Grove location near my home.
I had a donatos pepperoni pizza from red robin and my was that really good!! The server Alissa was very nice and always smiling making our experience very pleasant and welcoming! Will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options for burgers including gluten free burger buns.Parking: Parking is always easy here and it is very nice that this lot is big!Kid-friendliness: Red Robin has its own kids dedicated menu.

Last night, my husband ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Ribs from Red Robin through Grubhub. The meal also included coleslaw and fries. Unfortunately, the coleslaw had no dressing, just plain cabbage mix. Within an hour, my husband started experiencing stomach pain. A few hours later, he was vomiting and had diarrhea, which has not stopped even into the next day. It is disappointing because we used to love Red Robin.
The service was excellent, but the food was mediocre. Unfortunately, it took an hour and a half to receive our meals, which was very unexpected and almost led me to leave. This long wait was unacceptable.
We came here at a sat night. We usually go to their other place at the mall, but decided to give this Red Robin an attempt since we were in the area. Very bad...
Our waitress Sam was exceptional! Food was tasty and fresh, they brought fries out while we waited for our food and it was a great experience.

This is a Burger Place, however, I ordered a Chicken Avocado Cobb Salad because IT IS THE BEST!!!
So expensive now. Food is good but much smaller than it use to be.
