I had the happiness of discovering this restaurant that wins to be known!! It was a real delight, their products are ultra fresh, the seasoning is perfect, the unrivalled service! They put in place a small card with just two choices, which proves the freshness and absolute control of each of their dishes. . We tested a truffle ice, with a chestnut drop, it was fresh and original! I loved the crisper of the grilled salsifis with wood fire, and the St Jacques shells... Miam miam! What I love above all: they change their menus every month, depending on arrivals, seasons, and they offer incredible desserts based on vegetables, super gourmet!
