Firstly I would like to say how friendly the employees of the establishment were they also had very quick service that was above and beyond also employee’s there by the names of Taayvion and Alma went out of their way to make sure everything that I had ordered was cooked exactly the way I had asked them to, you don’t find service this good at most restaurants these days so I’m grateful for the upstanding service and experience and I will be back with friends thanks rice house !
I hate this establishment because their customer service is horrible, and they NEVER answer the phones. The workers pick it up the calls and then put the call back on call waiting. The call was picked up three times and then put back on call waiting. I was left on hold for 20 minutes to be told they closed 20 minutes ago and the cooks were gone. I ended the call at 9:50pm. The establishment CLOSES at 10. Clean up should start AT 10pm!
The staff at the front, especially the young man taking orders, were quite rude. None of them responded when I said hello, and they seemed reluctant to take my order. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. This place really needs to improve!

I stayed at The Rice House 2 and my favorites were the Angry Bird sandwich and the jambalaya rice.
The food was not very impressive, and one of the male managers had a quite unpleasant attitude.
