Rock Brews Buena Park

I made reservations at the time, so I thought this would be a great service. No! It took an hour to get your food. The service was just as terrible as it took several times to request items. We received our appetizers and asked for cutlery, plates and napkins, which took 30 minutes to get and until we were allowed, the foo was cold. Then our meals took an additional hour I still said, "It's next door." Remember that no one apologised or had something to say, why the service was so bad and the food lasted so long. The waitress just said, “I have been dealing with terrible kitchen staff all day.” Needless to say that we don't come back and we often visit Knots, so this is from our list.

The waitress brought me the wrong drink and my food order was completely wrong The rest of my party's order was half right and the manager compose us a free dessert because of all the crowd up it happened Then the waitress said that we can choose any dessert item, but she put in a dessert order that we don't even choose what dessert That we want and was not very happy with this waitress

We sat on a high table when we didn't want to. refused to sit at a regular table, although many were open, we had a reservation. The waitresses did not come over much to ask us what we wanted during the meal. Sat through large open sliding door so was cold all the time.

It was a pleasant dinner. Midweek is not overcrowded. French dip and sweet potato fries were delicious. Noise level was low enough to have a nice conversation.
