DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS LOCATION….I’ve ordered from Rosati’s more times than I can remember, and how my family used to order their pizza growing up for birthday parties, family gatherings, etc. They have the absolute best cannoli’s in my opinion but that changed today. My husband stopped for a slice of pizza on his way home from Chicago. We live about 2.5 hours from Chicago and when he got home we saw they were completely frozen. Never have I received frozen cannoli’s and when I called the restaurant, I spoke to the “manager” John, who insisted that they are served frozen at all locations and its standard procedure to serve them frozen straight from the box, ordered from the Ros...
I used to love Rosati's until recently when a new woman started answering the phone. She puts you on hold for an hour, comes back just to say "Rosati's, please hold," without letting you speak, then puts you on hold again. This has happened three times now. I've never had issues with this location or Rosati's before, but this is terrible customer service. The Spanish gentleman who usually takes my orders has always been excellent, even if he puts me on hold briefly. He knows his regular customers well and even makes the pizzas himself. On busy days, he informs me if delivery will take two hours, and I've waited that long because he's that good! Please have him take orders again.
Rosati's Pizza offers the best mainstream deep dish in town. My fiancé and I ordered while super hungry on a Sunday night, and it didn’t disappoint. The fresh, juicy Roma-style tomatoes, rich sauce, gooey cheese, and hearty bread made for a perfect deep dish loaded with delicious marinara flavors. I was thoroughly satisfied and even saved some leftovers for lunch the next day. They thoughtfully placed foil on top to protect the cheese during delivery. I hadn’t given Rosati's Pizza a chance before, but after trying their menu, I’m definitely coming back.
I often eat at Rosati's Pizza and usually find the service satisfying. However, the last time I ordered, they really messed up my order and delivered a pizza that didn’t look appetizing at all. I had to throw it out. The rest of the menu has always been great, but I hope they improve their accuracy soon.

I ordered delivery on December 7, 2011, around 6 PM on a weekday. The crust was good, and the sauce had a hint of sweetness. However, the toppings were not distributed evenly. The cost for a large pizza was a bit steep at $22 before tip. I might think about ordering from here again if I have to.

I definitely prefer the pizzas from Domino's because the ones here are quite disappointing. They're made so thin that they resemble tortillas. I really can't recommend this place.
It's not worth it!!! I brought the Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. It was burned and I asked for chicken topping and which had no flavor. I got the 10’’ and it was $24.

Jimmy Rosati ain't the guy making them pizzas in the back. It's edible, but there are so many better options in this town.
