Where healthy meets delicious! The staff are just delightful, friendly, chirpy (how can this be possible so early?!?!), and they truly love what they do... which is providing the most amazing healthy and tasty food. It's all somehow made in their own kitchen which is about the size of a phone box, and they know precisely what goes into everything on the menu. Portion sizes are just right, whether it's a thick slab of homemade pear & coconut bread or a tub of white salad...cauliflower, feta, fennel, white beans and a genius citrusy yet sweet dressing. Coffee is consistently good, served quickly too.
Just had the most amazing roasted pumpkin panini with toasted almonds, rocket and hummus. This combo tasted amazing and the hummus tasted homemade which I always appreciate. There was vegan options listed on the menu which I really appreciate as I hate trying to adjust menus to fit my dietary needs. Was reasonably priced ($9.50) and only took a couple of minutes to get my order and they made it up fresh (for take away). Thank you Rose Deli!
The girl running this establishment deserves a medal - she was just so sweet and welcoming - just like an old friend. So chatty and friendly. Made superb coffee and a yummy lunch. Highly recommend.
I ordered their freshly squeezed orange juice. When I drank it the orange juice tasted weird. It turned out the orange juice that I brought was rotten. I'm never going there again.

Not too thrilled to have every cup supplied to our group were all visibly badly cracked. Surely this shouldnt be so if for aesthetics, if not, then health and safety.
Had breaky here Food was good and the service It was raining on the day so we all inside bit cramped but it has lots of area to sit on sunny days
I scarfed down a takeout salad in just 10 minutes - there's nothing left and now I'm craving more. Excellent service as well.
Lovely place full of welcoming staff. Personal service, the kind of place you could go every day for brekkie!
