Royal Champagne - Reserva de mesa

Come only to the bistronomic restaurant so no room rating. Magnificent setting and careful restoration. Only remark: the sommelier was a little dry in his answers. For example, to my question of what type of wine he wanted to serve me, I got the answer: white. So I could see that it was a white wine but as I only liked sweet white wines, I was waiting to know if this wine was dry, fruity, etc. After that, as I had not taken the first food/wine pairing, my wine glasses were all removed.... I had to ask for another glass for the dessert wine, a Banyuls quite divine!!

that to say except that it is excellent. The dishes, from the entrance to the dessert are succulent, we go back but paradoxically, light. sign of very good food. the terrace is beautiful, the very nice staff. absolutely everything is perfect. Go ahead and see your eyes closed.
