Sandbar Dee Why

I went for a mid-week lunch. The service was very good and staff were friendly. I ordered the steak sandwich and coffee. Lovely coffee. The lunch portion was very generous although it lacked a little finesse. Great produce though, beautifully cook field mushroom with rosemary as opposed to cheap alternative. Great if you prefer quality ingredients and value, over presentation.

This is one of our regular haunts - a local fav of ours. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner you will always get a great meal. Service can vary on the day and staff on, but the food is always what you come to expect. Burgers, salads and the espatada are favourites. Great kids menu choices also. Looking forward to trying sme of the new winter menu items soon.

The staff were very accomodating and the food was very nice. Caesar salad with grilled prawns was delicious. They even made sure my dogs were looked after. Would recommend.

We had a delicious lunch of Mediterranean chicken salad. Our children were made to feel very special with tailor made desserts! Coffee was great too.

Sandbar is the best cafe on Deewhy beach. I often recommend to my friend. What ever you choose the dish is always good !
