Not good service. My gf moved here from South Korea and knows her kimchi jiggae but this location does not have a good one or it was just old. It tasted very sour according to her so she did not wish to eat it. She kindly explained it to our server, and instead of siding with the customer, the server chose to argue and say that’s how it is supposed to be and no one has ever complained. On top of that, she refused to remove it from our bill. The icing on the cake, she said we cannot pay with two cards, but only one card. This place is really awesome. I came here initially expecting to visit Stone Tofu House, only to find that it had permanently closed! So we tried this place instead, and omg I'm glad I did.We ordered the Kalguksu and the Soondubu with the Soondae. This place specializes in its Soondae which we learned is Korean Sausage. The portions are huge! The Kalguksu was so rejuvenating, and the Soondubu had a really deep/complex flavor profile that I hadn't had before and it was really delicious.I highly recommend people try place out!
Delicious, authentic food! Big portions, so be prepared to take some home with you! Friendly and attentive staff (it's ok if you don't speak Korean, they'll explain what each entry on the menu means if you ask). Overall, we enjoyed our visit! P.S.: Tteok-bokki is pretty spicy, just like it is in Korea. So just be prepared for it before you order it. Like I said, these guys are pretty authentic and true to original back home recipes.

Ever since the pandemic the owner of the restaurant took over and got rid of the ladies that use to work there.Its unfortunate because this place is a staple to Annandale’s K food option. One would think the owner would take care of the customer’s more so than the employees. In this case that’s a joke.She never smiles and she’s unfortunately the reason I never been back since the pandemic.
We phoned in our order ahead of time and then picked it up at the restaurant. The whole process was efficient and fast. The woman who answered the phone was warm and friendly, welcoming us to the restaurant.
I was thrilled when my mom took me to her favorite childhood restaurant known for their soondae. As a big fan of soondae myself, I couldn't wait to see what they had to offer.
My friends and I visited the restaurant on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was not very crowded. We tried several dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the spicy pork feet.

Really good soondae! My mom had high expectations for it to taste authentic and homemade and she loved it. All the banchan were also stellar. Going back for sure!
Authentically Korean Traditional cuisine. Friendly folks. All menus are moderately priced. Worth the visit.
