Serious Coffee Parksville

I used to visit Serious Coffee in Parksville twice a week to purchase coffee for my office. However, after today's unpleasant encounter with the cashier and the owner, who did not seem to value my company's business, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will drive a bit further to support another local business where I have always been treated with respect. Good customer service is crucial, but unfortunately, it is lacking at Serious Coffee.

The coffee was decent when meeting friends for a visit. We were unaware that the restaurant closed at 3pm. A server approached us to inform us that we had one minute to leave and then turned up the music. We couldn't hear ourselves speak as we left and were not happy about being kicked out so rudely. You would think that Sunday afternoon would be a good time to enjoy coffee. Oh well, hello Starbucks.

I ordered a small cappuccino and it was served in a 14oz cup filled to the brim, with a side plate and a cheap spoon. The milk was too hot and foamy, making the drink too milky and lacking in flavor. I couldn't even finish it. It seems like they are not very knowledgeable or serious about coffee here.

This latte was probably one of the worst I've ever had. It tasted like watered-down coffee with some grounds and milk thrown in. While there were plenty of delicious looking options on the menu, I won't be returning to try them. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very tasty beverages and service with a smile. Menu looked tantalizing, with standard cookies muffins, also offering soups and sandwiches. Faster service and better prices than the American competition. ?

This charming restaurant is conveniently located with ample parking and serves excellent coffee. The atmosphere can be a bit noisy, making it difficult to hear when your order is ready.

I can confirm breakfast sandwich really is as good as the other reviews say. Friendly service. Lots of seating parking.

The staff were unpleasant and the sandwich was poorly assembled. I will not return.
