I often stop by Shall We Coffee for their coffee and usually enjoy the atmosphere. However, I've found that the staff don’t seem very welcoming or friendly, which may be due to the early morning hours, but it does impact the overall experience. I had one of the best matchas at Shall We Coffee! It was refreshing to enjoy a matcha that wasn’t diluted or overwhelmed by sweetness, truly authentic and high quality. The service was excellent—friendly and efficient. They also offer great alternative dairy options. The menu has a nice variety to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience.
