Slanted Door San Ramon

I always loved Slanted Door and went to this restaurant since it was in the mission in SF We all agreed that the food was delicious. The expectations of new courts we have tried and the signatures. We were disappointed at the service. The restaurant was not close to full capacity and several tables around us were not sitting. We waited for at least 15 minutes for 2 signature cocktails and then again when we ordered another round of 3 drinks I cocktail and 2 g of wine that we served our dinner and waited a while for them to arrive. They sat at the bar. The worst thing is that it added 20% service for 3 people. I didn't think the standard was. The servers did not tell us that it was already on the bill. Most place when it is added, especially if it is not usual for 3 people, the server would tell us. I thought it was deceptive when I went to add tip and fortunately one of us noticed it was already included. Too bad on them this is a very serious restaurant and this left very bad experience with the server. She was not great and potential because they have the police to charge 20% to their high-end prices.

Eating was good when expensive. Very loud. A duck came out very late. What was not acceptable was that a glass of red wine with many dregs came out in the glass. This happens, but when pointed out to the waiter, it received only one shrug, and no credit on the bill. It wasn't good for the money.

The slanted door is an absolute treasure! Eat, if you have not experienced this place, come there! The drinks are top notch, the service is on point and the food is FABULOUS!

The menu came down, the food hardly came warm. Too expensive! Not what it used to be
