We had been to the MCG for an early footy match, and planned to eat at a nice restaurant in the Crown, post game, and, being special people (our mum's say we're special) we didn't need to pre-book. Wrong!!!! The que, (or is it a "line"?) was a mile long so we walk, and walk, checking out all the restaurants along the river, finally settling on the Soho. Soho Restaurant and Bar always provide great food and great service. One of the people in our group was sick with a bad sinus, but the waitress suggested a hot water and lemon for her to breath and drink, fantastic service.The food was delicious and classic Italian is what we ate on this particular evening. I had carbonara which was just enough, my partner had the pizza and that is always a winner as I also had this last time I was there, the other people in our group had pork belly and the ribs. The pork belly didn't receive the best review, but the ribs were perfectly marinated.Always a great feed and the beverages are always brilliant. Some of the best tap beer in Melbourne.
Great location on Southbank, quite a fancy setup also. We're greeted and welcomed appropriately upon arrival, were supplied a table straight away despite the busy night. Friendly and professional staff. Large ranged menu, and meals were amazing, one of the best serves of pizza and pasta i have had. Received our drinks after our meals came yet suggests the quick and efficient service. Will definitely return/recommend.
Greeted by very friendly staff on arrival which continued through out our entire meal. Food came promptly and was very tasty. I ordered a pizza which was very authentic and tasted exactly like the one i once had in italy. My partner ordered a steak and drink meal and it was cooked perfect, good quality cut of meat and soft and tender.

We stopped here for breakfast, lovely staff and atmosphere. The breakfast menu has a great selection and extras to add onto your dish. The view of the city is amazing and in the sun it's lovely and warm. Highly recommend this place when in the city. Right on the river bank, tables outside so you can enjoy the view.
The food here was absolutely stunning. We shared a cheese platter, bruschetta and then also had a pizza (very similar to the pizza at 400 Gradi) pasta and risotto between us all. Couldn't fault a single thing. Would definitely recommend!
Really enjoyed my scrambled eggs and cappuccino here, watching the world go by. Service great, the heaters were lovely too . Doesnt get better, water view, people watching , alfresco style with heating. Win!
the waiter was fantastic and explained some of the unusual dishes on the menu and was able to create something special for one of our party. Tasty, fresh and interesting! Can highly recommend this place

We went to this restaurant which has a nice look. Very pleasant staff. We ate very, very well there. Excellent risotto, very good pizza.
Waited for like 20 minutes at least, and nothing. Pretty location though. Good try team. I'm just disappointed
