Spasso Ristorante - Reservar una mesa

Went to this restaurant for valentines dinner. Was greeted by the pizza maker asking if we had reservations. He then yelled to a confused looking lady. Who sat us in the back. ... Thought this would be an quaint nice little no gimmick Italian dinner. .. like every Italian restaurant in the area. It seemed to lack atmosphere. Little things. Like lighting & decor. To make it give off a better feel. We were seated beside a half wall. With led pot lights shining down on us. No real mood setting. Then we were served by a hectic looking server. We got water, then drinks, Ordered our dinner & apps. After our app. She bought us bread & butter & oil. That was a odd. But still good. As we had another...

The food was very good, but the service not good. The owner came over and she was amazing, but the waitress did not know answers to some of our questions and we could see her texting on her phone when should be making sure everything is good. There was 3 couples and the food did not come out all at the same time as she made an error on 1 order. Again nonna in the kitchen did a great job with the meal as it was very good.

Friends met up at Spasso in Stoney Creek. It was great, service was good. Very friendly & atmosphere was nice. We ordered Pizza Norma made in the wood burning oven for an appetizer and we both had the traditional pasta bolognese dishes. Nice portions we couldn't finish. Prices are well within reason. My friends highly recommended this family restaurant and I have now recommended it too. Great place & good food!

We had a great experience at this restaurant! The pizza was delicious, the bread was fresh, and they offered a fantastic selection of craft beer. The music set a nice ambiance, and the patio was a lovely place to relax. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and the Caesar salad was excellent. The prices were reasonable, so we would definitely return!

This is family owned, with various members of the "family" doing the needed jobs. All friendly and Mom's food is so "Italian Good". Been there many times never disappointed. Mid range decorating,could stand some upgrading. Always good food.

My husband and I ordered from here tonight through "Skip the Dishes". We ordered the Pesto Gnocchi and chicken Parmesan. I must say we were very impressed, the food was delicious! We will definitely order from here again!

Love the brick oven pizza best ! All of the food is prepared authentically italian and have never been disappointed with anything I have tried, pasta, meats, pizza! The service is fast and friendly too!!

We had a wonderful meal! The Penne Primavera and Braised Beef Ravioli were both fantastic. We also really enjoyed the Roasted Vegetable Salad.

I would rate it around 3.5 stars. We went for lunch, and I have a feeling the dinner ambiance might be a bit better.
