Made the mistake of buying a Groupon coupon for a meal for 2. While the coupon clearly specified an entree platter of 3 choices out of 4 on the menu, we were only offered 2 out of 3. There is no clear mention anywhere that...the restaurant does not have a liquor license (only says BYO) and therefore if you do not take your own liquour, you need to stick to soft drinks. The mains were good, especially the chicken which was melt-in-the-mouth stuff. However, after the mains were served no one came to clear the dishes while we waited and waited. Was craving Indian food one night and this place hit the spot. One of the better Indian restaurants in South Melbourne. Very extensive menu and there were a lot of options. Both our dishes tasted amazing. We did take away from this place. Was kind...of pricy but worth it for the flavor. Only down side was that we were the only people in the restaurant and take away was suppose to take 20 minutes but it ended up taking 40. Just know if you are going to stop by this place.
great little restaurant, I love Indian food especially spicy dishes and have found that being from England I have never really found a “great” Indian in Australia. This has definitely been my favourite. Very flaversome and spicy without being over powering. Would defo reccomend...and defo come back!

This is not an experience you want to have. I ordered food last night and received it the next day (ordered at 9:31 and food arrived at 10:39).

Being a curry enthusiast from England. This is the closest thing I’ve had to the curry at home. Kadai chicken fantastic.
