Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Awful coffee and awful service.Ordered a caramel latte today and they served it watered down and tasteless. They offered to remake it thank you! but they told me actually yelled at me across the room to throw my full cup in the garbage or pour it in the bathroom MYSELF because they won't help with that. Unbelievable. Horrible coffee and horrible service :

I would like to say a special thank you to melody and Josh at the uni village Starbucks I asked for a surprise coffee drink and they did not disappoint it was amazing and all the worker were so nice they have an amazing set of staff there

Worst place ever to go to if your not white.. I witnessed it way to many times that they make the other orders first make us wait another 5 mins to tell us that gave us it.. meanwhile they didn't even make it..Worst experience ever.

The drive-thru is by far the slowest experience I've ever had. It's normally slow but today we waited 20 minutes! Totally unreasonable. I will make a point of avoiding it going forward.

It's disappointing! They're working their a$$es off, but service is slow. The only way to get quick service is to use the app and schedule your drink pick up.
