Starbucks is Starbucks. People go here for consistency of drink, snack, etc. That's why it's such an issue that this location is wildly inconsistent with opening hours and accepting mobile orders. Many times over the past few months they've been inexplicably closed during hours they should be open. For example, just this morning they didn't open within ~45 minutes of the stated time. I placed an order through the app? I came in at the scheduled time to pick up my order and it was not ready. I understand being busy and I am always willing to wait patiently. I casually asked how log for my order and I was met with a very dismissive attitude. I had to ask twice and was asked ?well when did you order?? I stated I ordered 20 minutes ago and he looked at me and never said anything. He was asked the same questions by a few other people after me and he answered in the most pleasant tone and was very apologetic. Might I add I?m African American and the other people was Caucasian, I hope this had nothing to do with it but one could only wonder. I left without even getting my order...

I hate being the person to write a bad review but I was just so irritated. I order through the app for the first time for this location. You would think It’d be easy to read and follow what was order. Was missing vanilla cold foam. I tried not to be upset because it’s not the end of the world. Took the first sip and if you like milk then this place is for you because all I drank was milk. Not picture is my bf’s drink, which also tasted like straight milk.
Perfect for morning rush.. absolutely has the positive vibes need in the morning rush. the service is super fast and staff are very very nice. Very neatly kept Starbucks . The best barista in New Jersey has relocated to this location. If you're looking for consistently perfect drinks, this is the place and the barista to see. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the environment is clean and pleasant—perfect for sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying your time. We absolutely love it!
This Starbucks is fantastic, located in a charming downtown area. There’s paid parking available, and it tends to be quite busy. If this becomes your local Starbucks, you can definitely consider yourself lucky!

i ordered a pup cup here for my dogs birthday. they staff was nice and even asked if i wanted a bigger cup for her : also ordered a matcha tea (THE BEST if your looking for a coffee shop go here,
The baristas were extremely rude and condescending, and the service was terrible with no sense of hospitality. I cannot recommend this place.
